"We almost forfeited our return taxi journey from the airport as we had apparently not given the flight number to the third party taxi company we had booked through (their online booking system only asked for the outgoing flight number and the return time (but not the flight number) of the incoming flight - we were severely delayed and the driver was just going to turn up at the time given - not knowing the flight number to track and this would have meant he would have waited for the required waiting time and left without us, as our delay was over 3 hours. During the delay time I did happen to contact Sutton Executive Cars out of courtesy to let them know about the delay, and that is when this possible problem came to light. Sutton's did manage to sort it and all turned out well in the end and the service and journey to and from the airport was excellent - but maybe just a bit of advice that if the flight number is not given or if it seems incorrect to double check with the customer."
